Booking Policy
Full payment needs to be made by cash or bank transfer prior to a booking being confirmed. The full session fee is due for late cancellations and no-shows. The first no-show or cancellation fee can be used for a subsequent rebooking when made at the time of cancellation and within a one-week period. Any time spent by phone or in person that extends beyond five minutes will be charged at £5 per 5 minutes.
Before treatment commences, every new client is to undertake a confidential health and wellness consultation in order for me to understand your needs and medical history.
